I love the colors I achieved in this many many many layers painting. It screams autumn to me, that corner of the garden where things went a little wild... the hint of a tree branch reaching down gracefully from left. Grasses, sedium and maybe even some weeds are standing tall and proud.
Neglected Series – This series celebrates nature uninterrupted. Overgrown, decaying and abandoned, mother nature will take back its own. Neglected has a negative connotation, but it is often from these ashes that beauty can emerge. I like to highlight unexpected loveliness.
This is an original watercolor painting created using professional materials. It will never be reproduced as a print; you are buying a one-of-a-kind painting.
This painting is mounted on reclaimed corrugated plastic (mostly likely a campaign yard sign). Artist grade products were used to adhere and protect the painting. It is wired and ready to hang. Indoor use only, outdoor photos are for display only.
It has a clean contemporary look that is extremely light weight. It can hang many places a traditional piece cannot, or it is sturdy enough to sit on a shelf. You can hang it as it is; or if you have it framed, you do not need glass.
